Ripple effects of Putin's war: In Bosnia, on edge for the past 6 months that Serbia would once again try to take over that country. The last war there in 1991-1995 caused 300,000 casualties in a country with the same population as Colorado. Note: this huge Serbian rally in support of Russia. The EU sent 500 troops to Bosna last week. (Bosnia is not a NATO member) but its neighbors Croatia and Montenegro are. . With the EU focus on Ukraine, I fear Serbia will try to sneak something...but it looks like EU is not asleep at the wheel.
